Mrs. Carter: Adam Levine will do anything to play “Candy Crush”… just ask his fiancee.
The great news for the Maroon 5 rocker is that he is basically guaranteed to have one of his remaining three contestants on “The Voice” (in James Wolpert, Tessanne Chin, and Will Champlin) as a part of the finale thanks to all of them being left in the competition. On the flip side, the bad news for him is that he has basically admitted now to being one of the craziest fans in existence of the phone game “Candy Crush” (and really let’s be honest, who isn’t at this point?) In an interview with “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” this week (which you can see below), you can basically see him admitting to being such a big fan of the game that he plays it on his fiancee Behati Prinsloo’s phone when his isn’t available.
This is when things get weird. During the interview, Levine told Ellen that on one particular occasion when he broke his phone, he was so desperate to play the game that he used his girlfriend’s thumbprint when she was asleep to log into her phone, just so that she could play the game. This sounds like something either very creepy or from some sort of cheesy spy comedy movie, rather than something that would happen in real life.
Here’s our suggestion for Adam: Go buy yourself ten phones (you have the money), and then just have some backups in case your primary one breaks. That way, you never have this problem again. Otherwise, the only other suggestion is that you try to find some other sort of video game to take on. You can always buy the PlayStation 4; we hear it’s quite popular right now!
