For the first time Thursday night, we got the opportunity to see some results on “The X Factor” — and with that in mind, we quickly came to the conclusion that America hates groups.
The good news? A number of the show’s favorites were all declared safe at the end of the day — including Drew and Stacy Francis (who has certainly had a tough week courtesy of some people questioning her past success). Unlike the British show, there was not any crazy booing when any of the acts were declared safe.
As for the bottom two, groups Stereo Hogzz and inTENsity were forced to fight for their lives. One group fell victim (in the Hogzz) were victim to going first in the broadcast, while the other (in inTENsity) really just has too many members. Both acts performed for their lives, and it was pretty clear that the Hogzz were far and away better. (Note to producers: don’t make this “Glee” club perform songs that were actually on “Glee.”)
While Simon Cowell made the bizarre decision to keep inTENsity, ultimately everyone else made the right decision and the kids were sent home.
Who are you rooting for moving forward?
