Music currently is progressing at a rate where 20 new genres appear everyday. Its awesome, but because pioneering the new sound is what most people want to achieve, basic fundamental aspects of good music are being left behind. Connection is what draws people to music and everyone can relate to something that resonates in your soul. From his stage presence to his song selection, Cole Vosbury has blown me away. I previously never watched the voice until I happened to catch his first performance, but I hope to see a long career after the show. Would love to see him perform some James Taylor or even something a little oustide of his genre like Incubus or Bush, but I doubt he’s taking requests lol. Ya did good nbc! Cheers

After that, the remaining four are so tightly bunched in what’s left of the middle it’s difficult to say who has a real advantage. Voters seem to care less about past performance this season, making each week’s song choice incredibly important.
