Lindsay Lohan was back in court on Wednesday to find out her fate in her busted probation case, and we now officially know the answer — she’s going back to jail, but now for an incredibly long time.
Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the troubled star to a grand total of 30 days behind bars, but due to overcrowding it’s likely that she is only going to end up serving six days.
Since we assumed that Lindsay was going to end up spending some time in jail, here’s the kicker — thanks to her failing to follow the judge’s probation instructions last time, Lindsay is now being required to complete all of her community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue. There is a strict schedule on both it and her therapy sessions, and if she violates either rule she will be thrown back in jail with a 270-day sentence.
Do you think this is the right sentence for the crime?
Update: According to TMZ, it now appears as though Lohan may end up not serving any time at all due to overcrowding — she could be make on the streets within minutes of surrendering.
