Well put! Season one was well structured from beginning to end. There was such an intense build up to episode ten and then the ending to that episode was VERY intense. Left you saying OMG Monroe has power now! What will happen? The second half of the season was just as intense as we got our questions answered as to what happened and how much more psychotic he got. There was plenty of character development, you had the protagonist and the antagonist best friends who had to fight each other. Plus one hell of a cliffhanger season finale. The second season definitely lacks structure and you are right, the objective is not clear at all. It is like they had all these ideas that they didn’t know what to do with so they decided to put them all in a box and draw out what would be in that episode. The main focus doesn’t seem to be on war and revolution anymore, but has taken a totally different turn to focus on the least popular character from the first season and make him have God like powers. To be honest, this second season just seems like a rejected Supernatural script idea. If anyone is a fan of Supernatural, watch both of these show and you will quickly see the similarities right down to what the characters say.

I like this show too, but too much going on without even a small bit of resolution and why give Cynthia back just to take her again? You could have built more story around her and Aaron. Now what he goes and saves Miles and they hit the road only to hook up with Tom and his son? Been there already. Move on.
