‘Glee’ seaosn 5 spoilers: First photo of Chris Colfer, Adam Lambert, Demi Lovato’s band debut

The band -There are multiple reasons now to give thanks about the Thanksgiving episode of “Glee.” Not only are you going to get a chance to see what the vast majority of the cast members look like as puppets, but there will also be a pretty awesome chance in here to see the new band set up by Chris Colfer’s Kurt in action.

The first thing that we must admit to being somewhat surprised about is that they’ve managed to get some sort of audience at all for their first performance. Don’t they realize just how lucky they are for that? Usually, bands (especially in a place as overrun with them as New York) are lucky just to have an opportunity to perform for just a few people at first, so getting what looks to be a full rows full of people at first is an accomplishment.

Now, we do have to wonder about two things:

1. Are they going to just be a cover / tribute band? Given that we haven’t heard anything about original songs just yet, they will at least start off that way.

2. What sort of impression are they trying to give with the outfits? It’s certainly a little colorful, and that itself is going to be polarizing to the people who want to see you perform. Then again, it’s better to be talked about than not talked about at all.

While we at first didn’t notice that Demi Lovato is in this picture, she is in the background; not only that, but she’s sporting the blue hair! Hopefully somewhere in here we will get an explanation if her change in style really was for the show, or if it was something that she wanted to do for “The X Factor” and Ryan Murphy gave her the okay to go through with it.

What do you think about the outfit choices for this performance? Be sure to share all of your thoughts below! If you’re an Adam fan, then you will appreciate this photo that we posted earlier featuring him in a new segment featured on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
