As for “D Dog” being his nickname, considering Dean’s (at least up until “Dog Dean Afternoon”) apparent lukewarm attitude toward dogs, I find that rather ironic. I have a feeling all of Dean’s recent lies and deceptions, whether they be to Sam or Cas, are going to come back to haunt him in a major way.
