‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 5 spoilers: More about Eric Christian Olsen, Deeks’ ‘rehab’ story

Admittedly, our favorite episodes of “NCIS: Los Angeles” are not the ones where we see high-octane action, car chases, or explosions. After a while, you start to see so much of that, it all starts to become a blur. The stories that we really think stick with you are the ones that put the characters outside of their element and in strange places, which is what we are going to see for an episode coming up that features a rehab center as a major setting.

You may have heard us discuss previously a story where Deeks pretends to be in for sex addiction in order to handle some sort of case, and we can now tell you that this episode is going to air a week from Tuesday night. Sound great? We hope so. Also,the synopsis below should give you a decent idea as to what this particular center and what Kensi will be doing to get involved, as well:

“Kensi goes undercover as a nutritionist and Deeks poses as a new patient at a rehab center to investigate the death of a Navy officer.”

This story is going to be especially interesting when you consider all of the great plot twists that it could provide as various people within the center all suddenly start to become suspects at some point, which leads to there being a ton of suspicion and also potential to mess up. It sounds like this will be pretty centered around Daniela Ruah and Eric Christian Olsen’s characters, and we really don’t mind that much at all. After all, we have seen quite a few examples as of late of stories that cater more to some of the other characters, and it is nice to shake things up a little bit at the end of the day. Let’s just hope for that perfect mix of comedy and drama.
