Remember he was present when Jax killed Goggins mother, remember what Borosky said to Jax, “don’t worry I won’t say anything unless I have to”, can’t have anyone holding that info over Jax head. Also I think Jax has a plan to get the DA off his back, she is going to have her rep. tarnished, and get charges reduced for Taral. Go back to season 3 and the plan to get Gemma free from charges and setting up Stall for the kill.
