There are some results coming on “Dancing with the Stars” — but first, we have a performance from none other than Susan Boyle. The “Britain’s Got Talent” sensation took the stage for a performance of “Unchained Melody” (and not “Enchanted Melody,” as Brooke Burke-Charvet proclaimed) — and it ended up being quite the moving moment for the show.
Professional dancers Peta Murgatroyd and Val Chmerkovskiy performed a routine alongside Susan’s vocals, and it added a soft and intimate effect. This was the first time that American audiences had the opportunity to hear Susan’s version of the song, which will be a part of her upcoming album “Someone To Watch Over” (which debuts on November 1).
While there are no further U.S. dates announced for Susan just yet, check back soon — considering that she did an extensive tour for “The Gift,” it would be a shock to see her not emulate her strategy from 2010. (Also, stay tuned for video of Susan’s performance — it should be posted by Wednesday morning at the latest.)
