As one who has read the comic, I am curious to see what comes this season. Daryl is cool, but I feel like I waited too long for the appearance of Michonne , who happens to be a major pivotal character and a close friend of rick. Additionally I waited a long time to see Tyreece. Thus far both have been underused and overshadowed. I don’t trust what Reedus says however, because the actors have little if any prior knowledge of what is coming up for their own characters. I want to believe him, but I suspect this is nothing more than publicity for the show.

As long as the show (and companion show/s) retains the same level of awesomeness, I don’t mind overkill!
That said, the telling of the story should always come first, and what the audience asks for last (us fans are fickle maniacs who can’t be trusted!)
I’d rather be a fan depressed because the show’s over than depressed because it’s ruined with a bad plot.
