Susan Boyle notes: a new performance and a documentary tease

The album hits stores November 1.

What’s coming up for Susan Boyle? As we near the November 1 release date for her upcoming “Someone To Watch Over Me,” we have a few upcoming events worth talking about.

Susan goes “Dancing”

First, we have some rather surprising news when it comes to Susan’s upcoming TV performance in Britain — rather than performing on ITV1 (which is the network that made her famous courtesy of “Britain’s Got Talent”), she will be performing her version of “Unchained Melody” on an upcoming episode of “Strictly Come Dancing” (which is the British version of “Dancing with the Stars” for those of you here in North America).

An “honest” documentary

When it comes to other TV-related topics, we have known for some time that Susan is planning a documentary about her life to go along with the album — and we now have some surprising new details courtesy of a new source:

“It’s real no holds barred stuff and shows all sides of SuBo, including her grumpy moments …¬†Even those close to Susan have been shocked at how honest the footage is.”

This documentary is currently planned to air just after the release of her album in Britain — though there’s no concrete plans yet on if it will air in America.

Finally, we’ll close this post off with a new entry from Susan on her official Facebook page when it comes to her travels:

“I’ve had another fun and busy week here in Scotland. I did an interview and photo shoot at my new house and have been busy practising songs for upcoming performances. At the end of the week my team and I are heading back to LA. I’ll let you know how that goes.”
