Howie Mandel & Mel B should both return for the next season of America’s Got Talent, while keeping Heidi Klum as a mentor just like what Randy Jackson is doing on American Idol. Speaking of American Idol, please bring in Steve Tyler and Paula Abdul or Mariah Carey as new judges since Howard Stern needs to concentrate on his radio talk show on top of his busy schedule as possible successor to Jimmy Fallon on NBC or Conan O’Brien on TBS (if either replaces Jay Leno before retiring on The Tonight Show as a rumor). AGT will have a great rating even w/ those panel of judges.

In reply to DD. He is stern, but he speaks truth, he does get a little inappropriate, but he's not selfish. All he does is tell the truth. Would you rather that or someone like Nicki Minaj on American Idol who speaks to people in a BRITISH ACCENT?

Keep the Judges…This has been the best season for AGT since the beginning…These Judges and Nick know how to have fun with the Contestants and surely with them self’s…So what if Howard at times gets a bit Stern…It’s Entertainment not running for Office…For once NBC made the right move with this panel of Judges…I have never had so much fun watching a Talent show and laughing so much than this Season…

Howard Stern will leave his radio show before he leaves AGT. The AGT gig is much too profitable for him to leave plus it gives him a profile which his radio show no longer does.
