Well I for one, HATED the whole ‘fighting’ between the judges. It was just annoying! So I hope that this new set does get along and show cases the talent. As far as Randy being the mentor instead of Jimmy, well like you wrote it could go either way. He has produced albums ect, so maybe this will be more up his alley than knowing what to say about a performance. Maybe being in the studio will get him to think like the producer instead of the ‘cool judge’. But maybe like you I’m being optimistic.
