After seeing each episode of season 2 so far, I have a feeling that General Stomtonovitch (sorry if it's spelt incorrectly) discovered something about Jerry Dantana that prevented him from confirming or denying the use of sarin gas. When Mac and Charlie went to see the General for the first time he was in strong support of the use of chemical weapons for warfare. What could he have possibly found out after having Jerry "investigated" that would have shut him up? I think Jerry has done a lot more dangerous digging than he's made Mac aware of. After everything they found in support of operation Genoa and the use of sarin, how is it possible that it ended up not being true.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this will all eventually lead back to Reese Lancing. I'm absolutely loving the way Aaron Sorkin has been laying out this show and I'm excited to see this Sunday's episode. I think if anyone would resign, I believe it would be Charlie. Let's see!
