Demi Lovato’s highly anticipated album ‘Unbroken’ featuring her hit single ‘Skyscraper’ became available in stores yesterday and the CD has been flying off the shelves. Lovato has done an incredible job promoting her album on Twitter, through talk shows and has been performing all over the U.S including some pretty massive television shows like ‘America’s Got Talent’.
Ever since her breakdown in October of 2010 and her subsequent stint in treatment, her popularity has skyrocketed. Fans rallied behind her and supported her throughout her time in treatment and when she came out, she was stronger than ever and she’s attributed a lot of that strength to the support of her fans.
When her hit song ‘Skyscraper’ came out, people really responded to the lyrics and felt that they could relate to what she was signing about. Now Demi has become an inspiration to many people, young and old, and has urged others in need of help to get out there and find it.
Her new album ‘Unbroken’ features collaborations with Missy Elliot, Timbaland, Dev, Lyaz and Jason Derulo and if you are expecting only to hear slow ballads on the CD, well you’re in for a sweet surprise. The album covers the gamete and while it does features some slower tunes it also has some pretty up beat catchy ones as well.
Have you picked up your copy of ‘Unbroken’ yet? Are you completely in love with it? Leave us a comment and let us know how it is.
