The writer (whomever he or she actually is) is very familiar with “Castle” and it’s pretty easy to substitute “Rick” or “Kate” for the characters in the books.

Since the stories and relationships come from the “mind of Richard Castle” as the “author” there is more lovemaking than in the TV show — a situation that will hopefully be remedied in the new season.
