He’s a good actor. I think he could pull it off. Also if they only want british actors then they should quit pushing it so hard in the US. Its really changed the show I think. And I live there.

In reply to A.D.. I don't mind if an American got the role, so long as they aren't used as a lure by their looks, as they do in the US. Though, they'd have to be able to characterize the Doctor well and do a convincing British accent.
