‘Two and a Half Men’ season 11 spoilers: Major twist for Charlie Sheen’s daughter

Two and a Half MenEven though there is going to be a new female addition to the “Two and a Half Men” world later this fall, it seems as though she is going to share quite a few things when it common with both Walden and Alan Harper

According to a new report from E! News, the casting breakdown for this role of Charlie Harper’s long-lost daughter Jenny is that she is 21 years old, “beautiful,” and is also a lesbian. From the standpoint of diversity on TV, this has to be a plus; however, the show has not always had the nicest portrayal of certain gay characters over the years, and we also worry that this role could end up being what guys traditionally see in beer commercials during NFL games.

As for now, the Jenny character is being cast as a recurring part, with there being an option for her to become a series regular at some point down the road if audiences pick up and start to appreciate the role. This move was necessitated by the exit of Angus T. Jones to attend college; it is possible that he may still make a few assorted appearances over the upcoming 11th season, but nothing is confirmed just yet. (If it does turn out to be the show’s last season, though, we do expect to see him at least one more time.)
