I think BBC and Steven Moffat are lying. They are poking a huge bee hive in order to cause this kind of discussion, make people interested, get them buzzing. Maybe all this is just a huge publicity stunt and at the end of the Christmas special Matt Smith will go “Surprise! I’m still The Doctor, Gottcha!”

Personally I will believe NO rumour until I see Matt perform his regeneration scene. Then I’ll believe he’s leaving. Until then I hold hope he will last soooo much longer that 3 series.
