Young girls buy tickets that fill arena’s and since there is an absence of popular young males this year I think plays into poor tickets sales.

I also read that Candice and Kree’s singles are showing weak sales on ITunes. While they are good they are not great. Angie Miller’s single is probably selling much better but AI wouldn’t let it chart which seems really fishy. Also Angie Miller’s name was miss spelled and it was impossible to find her single for Days until they fixed it. Perhaps they didn’t want it discovered that the Angie outsold the finalists.

Candice and Kree’s singles fared very poorly on iTunes and — while there is no hard evidence to support it — it’s likely that Angie Miller’s single (You Set Me Free) outsold both Candice and Kree combined. Idol producers did not allow Angie’s single to chart on iTunes, so we’ll never know for sure. The excuse that Candice needs to put time into her album is crap — Idol execs already know it will fare poorly. Lack of ticket sales makes much more sense.
