i think if Mary finds love again in season 4 it will be
WAY to soon for all the Mary and Matthew shippers!! it takes ages to
get over a couple you love that has been so unfairly separated and by
bringing in a new love interest so soon will create so much more hate
about the show and possibly even Mary which is unnecessary because the show doesn’t need more hate towards it after what they did in the last season

How about letting us see Mary really struggling with Matthew’s death, opening up to her lady’s maid, Mrs. Bates. Visiting the cemetery and imagining Matthew there, helping her with moving on with her life? We would know she is human and suffering, while still presenting herself to the world, as a strong woman.
Maybe she could meet someone who has gone through the same suffering with whom she could find solace and eventually love…..but not too soon…..
