Clay Aiken has the creds for the job, having judged at Carnegie Hall, NYC, taught a master class recently for North Carolina Theater and judged for David Foster on Star Search. He is articulate, funny, snarky but straightforward ,,,, something that has been so sadly lacking.

I’m a fan of all of them but I saw Clay Aiken on Celebrity Apprentice – he can actually make a point and isn’t always sicky sweet. He’s also a teacher. He and Kelly are friends and hilarious. I miss humor.

As Lambert’s the one whose highlight video was at the end of the season, and the only Idol besides JHud who sang in the finale I’d say he’s probably got a good shot.
