One is this: Is Stefan really a doppelganger for Silas? Did Katherine know this when she was on the island stealing the cure allegedly for Silas or her own goals? How is Stefan going to get out of that safe that is now buried in the sea? Can Damon and Elena really make a go of it, now that she is sort of back to her old self? Yep the fall cant come soon enough for me woohoo!
