‘Twilight’ hunk Robert Pattinson has said in the past that one of the more difficult scenes for him to film in the new ‘Breaking Dawn’ film was the bedroom scene because of the awkwardness of the material, but now he has revealed what the most difficult scene for his character was.
Pattinson said that filming the scene where his co-star, Kristen Stewart’s character Bella Swan is giving birth was the hardest scene for his character Edward to deal with, because he is faced with the decision of losing her or transforming her. Robert explained;
“The birth scene is frightening. It’s a slap in the face. It’s failure to Edward, who has to choose between losing Bella and transforming her. It’s the toughest scene I’ve ever had to film in my career because this choice tears out my heart.”
Robert went on to say that he’s interested to see how this film plays out because it is very different then the other three. He said;
“I’m curious to see how it will carry out. This movie is so different from the other ones. The stakes are so much higher because now it’s time to turn the entire saga upside down.”
‘Breaking Dawn’ will be coming to theaters this fall on November 18. If you haven’t seen it already, you can check out the trailer for the film below.
