Criminal Minds would flop without JJ and Garcia. It is only fair never mind deserved that they get salaries on par with their male co-stars.
This show has worked because of the ensemble cast. I have found the departure of Paget Brewster still leaves a hole and season 8 a bit lacking because of that major change. So producers…PONEY UP AND PAY THE GIRLS

Just give them the money. The show already feels different with Emily gone. Losing JJ and Garcia would really set them back. They are 2 of the biggest characters on the show (Garcia is my fav) and I don’t see how the show would survive if they leave. IDK if I would be able to watch anymore.

Do what’s right CBS! Pay AJ & Kirsten as equal as the MALE co-stars. They BOTH earned it. If they walk because of your refusal to pay them what their worth, the ratings will tank faster than the Stock Market and the show will be cancelled unless ABC is smart, they will pick up the show next season. This is one of the best crime shows on tv today. Don’t blow this opportunity to lose a great show like this.
