‘Jersey Shore’ season 4: Ronnie Magro will not face trouble over Italy brawl

He’s free and clear.

If you saw Thursday night’s episode of “Jersey Shore,” then you almost certainly are still talking about what happened between Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. It was one of the most brutal moments we have seen on the thus far, even though we still have not exactly seen the aftermath to what is going to go down.

When it comes to real life, however, there is a question worth asking — is Ronnie going to face any sort of legal trouble over the fight? The reality star is part of a pre-trial diversionary program stemming from an incident back in season one, and this is clearly an instance that could get him in trouble.

Lucky for Ronnie, he does have a way out here — since this program did not begin until July, and this incident actually happened in May, he is not going to face any problems since there were no complaints or charges filed in Italy. It’s also possible that MTV may not even show the worst part of this incident.

Do you think Ronnie should get off free following this incident?
