Mellie’s sentences are too long. How can she be insisting that he stay with his family when she was basically sold to her husband? I thought the Huck thing should have been done as a standalone episode. He seems to always be crying and sucking back phlegm like a stupid baby. It’s disgusting. I’m not convinced he’s a social deviant with a list of heinous crimes to his credit. Can’t the writers allow him to just go out and smash something, like a people? Make him more feminine. Women are fierce.
