He deserves it so much. His performance in this season has been remarkable. I completely agree that he is basically a lead along with Zooey of this show. He has carried the A story pretty much all season long with Zooey. He has had so much storyline focus. And he’s been AMAZING. So I consider him to be a LEAD on this show. However, in terms of chances of being nominated, perhaps as a Supporting Actor, Jake could have had a higher chance since I think the voters might have nominated him instead of Max in this season which would have been fair. And that’s no offense to Max, I just think Jake deserved it more in this season, without a doubt. The Lead Actor category is such a huge competition. I HOPE Jake will get at least a nomination. But I truly think he would have had a higher chance in the Supporting category even though he is definitely a LEAD right now.
