‘Dancing with the Stars’ 2011: Larry King a rumored cast member

Could this happen?

We have yet another name to add to the “Dancing with the Stars” rumor list, and this one may be one of the most surprising of all.

According to a new video featuring Rebecca Bienstock of Us Weekly (which you can see below), legendary CNN host Larry King is one of the names being thrown around as a potential cast member for the fall 2011 season. (She does, however, clump him in the same group as Queen Latifah and Snooki — who have both reportedly denied the speculation.)

Could Larry actually be good for this show? Although he is 77 years old, but Buzz Aldrin and Cloris Leachman were older when they hit the ballroom. He also showed at the Comedy Central Roast of Donald Trump that he has a fantastic sense of humor — and because of it was rumored for some time to be joining “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” as a special correspondent.

As for who Bienstock is confident about in terms of casting, she mentions three names that we have talked about already — Kristin Cavallari, Chaz Bono, and George Clooney ex Elisabetta Canalis.

Do you think Larry should consider doing this show?
