That’s funny. I caught that too. My belief is that someone sabotaged the sterile equipment used in Baileys surgeries. I am guessing it was the tiny doctor brought in the facilitate the Pegasus merger. She had a vendetta against the Chief that they never resolved and then was overthrown in her efforts to sell the hospital. I say there was plenty of motive there.
