Even though Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen may not always have a relationship that is always smooth sailing, they do at least appear to respect each other enough for Denise to want to part in an organization that caused Charlie all sorts of anguish earlier in the year.
According to reports, “Two and a Half Men” creator Chuck Lorre (who has been rather ruthless when it comes to his goals to do away with Sheen’s character in the most gruesome fashion possible) actually asked Richards to make an appearance on the September 19 premiere, likely as former Charlie Harper flame Lisa. (During the couple’s marriage, Richards’ character appeared to be “the one who got away” with Harper — but then she disappeared after the divorce.)
As for whether or not Richards will show up at the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen airing the same day, that is a bit more likely to happen (mainly because Charlie seems to have a great sense of humor about his life).
Do you think Denise made the right decision here?
