On October 25, Kelly Clarkson is finally going to release her much-anticipated new album “Stronger” — but the journey to this release has not exactly been smooth sailing. Earlier this year, the former “American Idol” champ had an unfortunate situation as a handful of her songs of hers ended up leaking online — while not all of them were new or even intended for the new album, this still caused all sort of problems in the world of convincing everyone of this.
For the first time, Kelly has spoken out about the incident — and she equated it to really getting her home broken into:
“Have you ever been robbed? I have. I’ve been physically robbed a couple of times, but this is much worse.”
This situation has certainly taken its toll on the singer — she says that she has actually not put any of the final versions of her songs (including lead single “Mr. Know It All”) simply because she is afraid that something terrible will happen again.
Are you excited for Kelly’s single release on August 30?
