Dan…..I never disagreed that Carly is not talented , but how many talented people are there in the music business that have never made it . By the way don’t say things about intelligence when you can’t even add , Carly doesn’t even have 2 times the followers so 3 to 4 times is impossible .

Taz….your comments weren’t any more intelligent. What it takes in the music world is talent, which Carly clearly has. More importantly, it takes fans and she’s already garnered three to four times the number of fans than any of the contestants from XFactor world wide. Oh and some pretty big names think she’s able to sell records now, people like Simon Cowell, LA Reid, Brittney Spears, Demi Lovato, Will.I.am perhaps you’ve heard of them? They happen to carry a little more weight and knowledge of the music industry than any of us. But we’ll just have to wait and see. She has more vocal talent than any of them, she’s cute, grounded and very marketable.

I’m so happy that Deborah and Alycia are such experts in the music industry . So if Carly has been in big time show’s why has no one heard about her till X Factor and if she has been in really big show’s she should not been on X Factor . No one never said Carly wasn’t talented , but in music you need more to make it big then just talent or being cute , I’m happy that both of you could come up with such intelligent coments .

celticwspice5harmonizer….Syco Records is not a management company that artists pay a fee to. Syco Records is a London Record Label owned jointly by Simon and Sony. Most of their footprint covers the UK so when signing an artist in the US they partner with a larger label that has a bigger presence in the US, makes it easier for marketing, distribution, recording, etc…..that’s why E3, Tate and 5H all have a major record label that’s partnered with Syco.

Firstly I’m sorry but the truth is Fifth Harmony will flop. Sure they’re cute girls with great voices who have had one or two good moments on stage but they have no chemistry whatsoever. Offstage they may be friends but onstage they have no chemistry whatsoever. Plus Lauren seems like too much of a diva. There will be conflicts because she’ll try to be the frontwoman whilst powerhouse Dinah will be in the background. When I see them onstage there’s no chemistry that’s just the truth. The chemistry is evident from the very first moment a group’s put together. I mean look at One Direction, Little Mix and The Collective from X factor Australia. Honestly dunno what LA Reid was thinking when he cosigned them.
Secondly, Simon’s certainly spending big money on Emblem3 with the backing of Columbia. Getting Savan Kotecha, the Madden Brothers, Jack Antonoff, Ryan Tedder, etc would definitely cost a lot of money. A-list writers/producers barely ever work with artists that are fresh from a reality show. But they do have great chemistry, vibe and west-coast look. I think they’ll be the Hanson of this boyband era.They’ll be big for a while but not Backstreet Boys/Nsync big.
Thirdly, Carly is the only one that’ll last. She has an absolutely phenomenal support team. To get the backing of CAA is amazing. I think she’ll probably sign to Epic or RCA records jointly with Syco. I think LA Reid can make her a superstar all over the world for many years given his track record with people from a young age (Bieber, Rihanna, Usher, TLC, Pink, Avril, etc). especially since he won’t be on x factor anymore he has the time. She’ll be the only one that can reach the same sort of success that the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and Jennifer Hudson have achieved and not flop after a few years.
Fourthly, I’d love to see Diamond and Lyric145 get signed soon. Also wasn’t there a rumour that RocNation signed Paige Thomas?

What makes you think that 5H has better chances with younger crowd than E3?
I personally am looking forward to both Carly and E3 music but could not care less about 5H. Only time will tell who will be successful.

Carly is good but will never make it in the music Industry , all she has is a great voice . Look back at Demi , Selena , Miley , and Hilary they all had great stage savy and comes off as a spoiled little brat . Biggest of all she has to remember she,s playing games with big people that can sweep her under the carpet and forget about her .
E3 are great showmen and singers but they will never make it with the younger crowd and is there any place for them with a older crowd because of the amount of bands out there alreadt, they kind of remind me of a new style Beach Boys .
Now for 5TH Harmony the big thing they have going for them is there age and families to keep them grounded , their has not been a girl band like them since the Cheetah Girls and look how long they made it . Girl bands of today all start on there own and there always is one power in the band that makes it and the rest just fade . 5TH Harmony have to remember they all need each other to make it , together I can see big things apart they will fade and as Simon said there is room for them in music . So good luck to all of them and onyl time will tell .
