Somehow I’ve managed to remain blissfully spoiler free for all three seasons. As a writer and retired RN, I was able to pick up on the first shocker early in the episode, and on the second shocker several seconds before it occurred. I will endeavor to remain spoiler free for season four, but it will be such a LONG wait until next January. Obviously, I’ll have to stay away from the Downton Abbey FB pages.

Don’t blame fellowes, Dan Stevens has said for the past year he did not want to do another season. Downtown was supposed to be One season and he wants to go back to theater

How can we continue to get attached to the show and characters if Julian keeps killing them.

It would have been better to replace Matthews character rather than kill him. People keep disappearing from the show. Perhaps Julian has to do this to keep writing the story. However, it is terrible for the viewer.

I wish there would be only a Spring break for
Downton Abbey. I am such an addict I find it
excruciating to wait so darned long to see the next
season. Make it into a continuous weekly series,
PLEASE! Take it up tp present times, give it
a predicted future–anything but waiting this long!!

Very well. It is true that some of these episodes are not even popular in some regions in South America. In Norway I saw episodes one day before it aired locally with help of links in the internet. Carry on, i am looking forward to seeing season 4.
