I’m so happy to read all these comments….seeing that other people are also upset at the plot turn at the end of the 2×13 and continuing into 2×14. Just last week they had us rooting for Olivia and Fitz…..just because they write “10 months later” on the screen doesn’t mean we’re ready to want Olivia start seeing someone new.

I wasn’t going to watch episode 2×14 since starting to lose interest after the heartbreaking end to Fitz and Olivia in 2×13. I read that even the actors had trouble w/ their characters saying those lines of dialogue. Episode 14 kinda made me sick. I no longer root for Fitz and Olivia. There are things that even alcoholics in recovery can’t come back from. Fitz’s hallway comment ruined the show for me. I don’t even want to see the actors share a scene anymore. Focus on the rest of the cast and I might keep watching. One foot out the door.

I did not like this episode. Fitz was extremely harsh and as strong as Liv is, it doesn’t seem as if she will be likely to forgive so quickly. His words really cut deep and he treated her like a piece of meat…I thought that was so cold, but Fitz is spiraling out of control with killing Verna and all still on his conscious. Drinking at 7am, he’s not well. I hope they turn the show around, because this was not good between Liv and Fitz. I hope David Rosen can forgive Liv, because they would make a good team…

I did love the fact for the first time they were in public and they didn’t care who know about them. They watched each other doing the whole baptism and that’s what Mellie noticed. Now, that explain why Mellie went back in shower. She didn’t want to go the first time but she need him to think he can trust her.

POTUS please get it together. You’re ruining the Fitz part of your personality.

I think I have a different outlook. First, I’m in an agreement if things keep on this storyline they will lose viewers. Olivia & Fitz is what drawn people to the show. Yes, they were committing adultery. If Liv wasn’t there they wouldn’t even been in the White House. She helped them to at least act like they liked each other. I think people was acceptable of there relationship cuz their marriage was dead before Olivia even met them. I don’t know how Shonda playing to reconnect these two; they’re having him say some harsh words that are usually hard to come back from. So, maybe you writers should turn it down. This will go full circle from the first season was about Olivia’s job, second part was about Olivia’s personal life halfway through that is POTUS & first lady life together as first couple which is no going so well. It’s hard for me to like Mellie (Bellamy does mellie very well) she has one agenda only to stay in the white house. I believe after the christening Mellie knows that Olitz is not over.

The show has jumped the shark and allowing himself to be witten into a romance with Olivia will RUIN Scott foley’s character.
The only way out of this at this stage is to bring a penitent Fitz back to Olivia’s doorstep, and if it isn’t done within the next few episodes the ratings are going to plummet and viewers wil be lost for good.
I’m already gone.
Both Fitz and Olivia are out of character.
This is just bad writing.

I agree with Teresa why have the writer and Shonda Rimes decide to go down this disgraceful, disrespectful and degrading scene with Olivia and Fritz. I totally understand that he is in a tail spin who wouldn’t be if they had allowed themselves to “let”, someone die!? However; him turning to Mellie sicking and it shows how “weak” he is ,but it showed how , he dispied

Completely disgusted!!! Why build a strong character like Olivia, with all the qualities given even in the face of making mistake against better judgement…..A character with dignity even while making mistake… Then the writers do 180 degree twist (real whore, un-dignified mistress) and still keep viewers NOT!!!!!!!!!!! So mark my comment, if over the next episodes they continue to degrade Olivia’s character viewers will leave in chunks, then droves….. Another good show gone wretched! What a waste!!!!!
