It was just enough emotion, sci-fi, action, and character. On the whole, a tearful goodbye that honored the entire series run. I do wish the very last minutes had contained more of a montage for all of the characters, not just Peter and Olivia's reunited family. I wanted to see Walter and Michael in the future. I was expecting a poignant, moving scene showing Walter as he played his part in the evolution of the human species. Maybe that was asking too much. Maybe I just didn't want it to end.

Absolutely an A. The best season was still the Fauxlivia season, and I really wish we'd understood more about the observers and their motives (but I guess the point was that there was nothing more to them). They were just so evil and sinister that it nearly made them uninteresting.

Also, why didn't the observers trip back in time in the first place affect the future where they came from?
