‘Bethenny Ever After’: What is Bethenny Frankel reportedly asking for?
Mrs. Carter: Well, so much for Bethenny Frankel’s divorce being quick and clean.
If the latest reports are to be believed when it comes to Bravo’s “Bethenny Ever After” star Bethenny Frankel’s divorce from Jason Hoppy, it appears as though she is actually going to be looking for quite a bit of financial help from her soon to be ex-husband, despite some stories suggesting otherwise just one week ago. According to TMZ, Frankel has outlined a list of things that she is hoping to get from her Hoppy, which includes first and foremost child support beginning from the date in which she filed for divorce from him. In addition to that, there is also a laundry list that supposedly includes Hoppy paying for medical, dental, and other health-related expenses for both her and daughter Bryn, and also a life insurance policy that makes both her and her child beneficiaries.
Think that’s it? Think again, as she is reportedly also asking him to move out of the loft the couple shared, and wants primary physical custody of her daughter. Here is what a source close to her had to say to the website:
“This is a preliminary step to move the process forward. She wants to work this out privately and amicably. All Bethenny cares about is that it works out the best way possible for Bryn.”
To us, what ultimately makes this story the most surprising is that Frankel really doesn’t need any money at all, as she is getting set to return to her daytime talk show and is also worth somewhere upwards of $25 million (and potentially even twice that) thanks to the sale of her Skinnygirl cocktail line along with some other ventures. Bethenny must know that she will likely not get all of this (if this is indeed what she is asking for), but wants to set the standard high for compromise later.

i think she is bipolar and/or an idiot. Jason and grandparents Hoppy should get Bryn, saving the child from years of psychotherapy. Bethenny is experienced with psychotherapy, so she should break the cycle with her daughter, and allow Jason to provide Bryn with a happy homelife. Please Bethenny love Bryn, and do not punish the child for your drama childhood.

I used to love Bethenny but now I don’t even like her. She doesn’t deserve all she has and now all I see is a flying harpy. Its time for her to go away. Poor Jason!

I know Skinnygirl is a huge success because because I tried to get it a couple of times and it was either sold out or there were only a few left. This is what happens when the rich don’t have a pre nup before they get married.
