While there is no word just yet as to win some of the actors for the Fox show will resume filming season 4 in Los Angeles, we can at least say one thing at the moment: Lea Michele and Cory Monteith are now heading home from a lengthy vacation in the tropics for the new year. Lea confirmed the news in a post on Twitter, right around the same time that avid hockey fan Cory (who specifically roots for the Vancouver Canucks) heard the news that the NHL lockout was officially over after hundreds of canceled games.
Sadly, this is a little bit of a different sort of year for “Glee,” and this couple (which recently confirmed their relationship publicly) does not get as many opportunities to spend time together as they once did. While Michele’s Rachel Berry is in New York City pursuing her dreams, Monteith’s Finn is back in Ohio working with New Directions as a fill-in for New Directions, who surprisingly lost Sections after being victorious there for two straight years. (But are they really out of luck? Let’s just say that they may still have some reasons to be hopeful moving forward when it comes to the competition.)
“Glee” season 4 will return with “Sadie Hawkins” on January 24, and it will continue to air each consecutive week moving forward until at least March, when it will likely begin another hiatus until mid-April.
