The guy is practically the hero now on the show. He would never order Elena to do anything that would turn her evil. That’s just ridiculous. Also, Elena hasn’t completely lost her own opinions and desires. She still doesn’t want to hurt anyone. Did you guys miss how happy she was to be able to drink from blood bags? Does that strike you as an evil girl? Then she turned around and tried to sacrifice herself (again) for Caroline. Elena is still Elena and Damon is not some evil puppet-master ready to turn her into his dark queen. He loves Elena for who she is and wants everything between them to be real. He doesn’t want to mold her into his little plaything. Get a grip!

As for Stefan? He needs to find a way to live his life and be happy with or without Elena. His whole world should not revolve around the person he’s with. The belief that Elena should be with Stefan because he’ll become the Ripper if she doesn’t is SO warped. That’s like saying a person should keep dating a serial killer because they stopped killing while they were dating them. There are some spoilers that Stefan is going to start doing some soul-searching and try to figure out what he wants for himself and I hope he does. I don’t want to see him backslide into Ripper again.

Most likely to turn evil? Bonnie. Not that she’ll want to, but she has no idea what she’s getting into with this expression stuff with Shane. I hope she doesn’t get in too deep, but I guess we’ll see.
