Did ‘Glee’ invigorate Lea Michele’s red-carpet style?

Who ever knew that wearing so many sweaters on a hit TV show could end up causing someone to become a bit of a fashion icon? Just like many other characters on “Glee,” Lea Michele’s character of Rachel Berry has become known for a signature sense of style — and that has carried over to her own red-carpet appearances away from the small screen.
However, what may comes as a surprise to many is that being Rachel actually seemed to broaden Lea’s own fashion horizon. In a new issue of Vogue, co-creator Ryan Murphy claims that working with the show’s designers helped the actress become more glamorous in her day-to-day life:
“When I met Lea, she was only sort of interested in clothes — but in the last two years she’s become a red carpet star … I think what happened is Lea went to an event, and someone said, ‘Oh, you look pretty.’ It was an interesting moment for her.”
Of course, the red-carpet moments are not going to stop anytime soon. New “Glee” season 3 episodes are set to premiere on Fox this September, and with that there is likely to be a premiere party. In addition, the cast will also be at the Primetime Emmy Awards on September 18 to strut their stuff.
As for one final interesting note about the photo shoot, it must have been done a while back — after all, they decided to include Chord Overstreet despite him not being a member of the cast anymore.
Stay tuned as always for more “Glee” news!

I think you will want to put a facebook button to your website. Just bookmarked the site, although I had to do this manually. Just my 2 cents.
