Adam Lambert wrote over 30 potential songs for second album

More album details!

If you want to know just how hard Adam Lambert is working on this next album, all you have to do is hear this new quote about the sophomore release — the singer has had a hand in writing nearly three dozen tracks that could end up on the release.

Speaking in a new interview with “Access Hollywood” from the VH1 Do Something Awards, Adam explained just how lengthy this process has been:

“I’m just so excited to finish this album I’m working on right now, because I think [the fans are] just going to devour it.

“I’m doing a lot of writing. I have over 30 songs, 35 songs, that are in various states of completion.”

Thus far, we have only heard one song from the album in “Outlaws of Love” — and out of these other songs written in part by him, it’s likely that only 10-12 of them are going to end up on the album. (However, we could end up seeing more on a deluxe edition release.)

Are you happy to see Adam doing so much writing on this upcoming album?
