Well, so now we’ve seen the Christmas episode, and Damian did in fact have a couple of nanoseconds of screen time. It’s almost hysterically funny to note that the episode aired the day after Damian’s solo EP was released and hit #5 on the American iTunes charts——and Glee didn’t even have him sing a note!! Proves to me that Glee has absolutely no clue what they had in Damian, nor sufficient writing or producing talent to recognize it.

The Alex Newell/ Rachel Berry Show leaves NO room for the development of such interesting characters as Miss Sugar and Rory Flanagan. The Glee producers are more interested in Rachel’s NY sexcapades and how Lima, Ohio embraces a “spanks” wearing drag queen wanna-be(or whatever Unique’s aspirations are.) The comedy and charm that could be reaped from the pairing of Sugar and Rory just isn’t relevant in Mr.’s R., I. and B.’s world. They see everything through a different lens and the relationship between these two these, as a result, has been deemed expendable. Half of last season was spent hinting that there was a good story line being developed for these two. What a crying shame it apparently has been completely abandoned. Glee, you’re quickly going down the proverbial dumper and your plot-lines are proving to be too screwy for even the most die-hard fans.I don’t equivocate…stop what you’re doin’ and MODERATE! Come back to planet Earth Mr. Murphy.

Well, it will be interesting to watch whatever brief moment of time Glee grants Damian McGinty, although casting him as Artie’s guardian angel in a “It’s A Wonderful Life” take-off seems to be just more of the same lame writing problem that has plagued the show with respect to Damian. As to Sugar, that character was the only one on the show more cartoonish than Rory, so it doesn’t much matter whether she’s in a particular episode or not.
