‘Hart of Dixie’ season 2 spoilers: Watch a ‘scandal’ rock Bluebell (video)

“Hart of Dixie” season 2 has seen some exciting moments so far, but some of this may not even compare at all to what is coming up during the new episode airing on Tuesday night. This hour is entitled “Achy Breaky Hearts,” and the story for the hour really seems to evolve around secrets … but of what kind?

Based on the first promo for the episode below, some sort of “scandal” is going to rock Bluebell and leave a number of jaws on the floor, whether it be, Lemon, Ruby, or even Dr. Zoe Hart herself. Rachel Bilson’s character admittedly seems to be the most surprised by what is going on here, largely because she feels as though she should not be so gullible given that she is from the Big Apple.

We are nearing the end of the 2012 season for the show, and there are only a small handful of episodes coming up following this one. With that, the question has to be asked: what sort of cliffhanger will we have here by the end of the season? We know that Lemon and Lavon fans would want to see something major happening between these two characters, but for the time being there is no indication that Golden Brooks will be leaving the show anytime soon. In addition to that, Zoe and Wade only seem to be getting closer to the chagrin of Zoe and George fans, or at least this is the case based on his “romantic gesture” at the end of this past new episode.
