Justin Bieber helps will.i.am promote ABC science special

Bieber’s helping out.

Justin Bieber has proven himself to be talented at a number of things — and a good many of them don’t have anything to do with music. In addition to being a merchandising mastermind, the 17-year old also can mass promote with the best of them. All it takes it just one tweet from the singer to spark interest in a project. Want an example? Just check out what the singer had to say online about the new ABC special “i.am.FIRST: Science is Rock and Roll” — which airs Sunday night at 7:00 p.m. Eastern time.

On Saturday, Justin confirmed that he is going to check out the show (which was put together by his friend / collaborator will.i.am), which is based around a K-12 science, technology, and robotics competition in St. Louis, Missouri. Justin is just one of many celebrities who has created a video to promote the special, and you can see this contribution below.

This special is a great way to showcase that music and technology can work well together, and also just how important math and science still are for young people everywhere to learn. (It’s a bit of a forgotten crisis in our modern political world.)

Check back soon — we will have more Justin Bieber news as soon as it becomes available!
