If there is one, then more people than just Elena should be allowed to turn back, Stefan not just for Elena, but because he would welcome the chance to be human again and have a human life, Elijah probably, would probably welcome the chance to be human (he’s still got time to find a nice girl, who is NOT a Petrova and have a family), maybe Damon and /or Rebekah, and Klaus, just for the irony.
