‘Hart of Dixie’ season 2 spoilers: Who could have a secret agenda?
“Hart of Dixie” season 2 has dealt with a great deal of relationship drama over the course of the past few episodes, but most of this generally has revolved around the love triangle between Zoe, Wade, and George. Is it going to stay this way forever? Far from it; as a matter of fact, Bluebell is about to become that much more interesting.
(Spoiler alert!) If you have read our official description for the upcoming seventh episode of the season entitled “Baby, Don’t Get Hooked on Me,” then you know already that Ruby and Lavon have moved their relationship beyond just people competing against each other in an election to become the new Mayor of the Alabama town; as a matter of fact, they’re now a couple. But how is everyone going to respond to this? Based on the synopsis for the eighth episode, which is entitled “Achy Breaky Hearts,” we know that in particular one of Lavon’s other past romantic flings is going to be upset about it:
“Both Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Lemon (Jaime King) are having a difficult time accepting Lavon (Cress Williams) and Ruby’s (guest star Golden Brooks) new relationship, so they decide to find out Ruby’s true intentions. Wade (Wilson Bethel) agrees to supervise a Little Ranger’s camping trip to avoid a potentially awkward conversation with George (Scott Porter.) However, when George unexpectedly shows up on the trip, Wade has nowhere to hide, and their talk makes him see his relationship in a different light. Meanwhile, Brick (Tim Matheson) wants to take the next step in his relationship with Emily (guest star Mary Page Keller), but is shocked about who is not on board with the plan.”
The story about George and Wade in this episode is something we have been hearing about for weeks now, but it still sounds as hilariously awkward as ever. After all, these are two guys in love with the same women, and even though they have tried to remain pleasant during this whole ordeal, their relationship could not be more awkward-with-a-capital-A if they even tried.
