‘The Bachelor’: Courtney Robertson returns Ben Flajnik’s engagement ring

Mrs. Carter: If it wasn’t official before, it’s beyond official now.

As one of the rewards for finding love on a reality show (yes, there are rewards), the star of “The Bachelor” gets to pop the question to a lucky lady using one of the most expensive engagement rings known to man created by Neil Lane. Basically, this ring is the price of around three brand-new cars, and also comes with a major condition. What is it? Basically, you are required by the show to return the engagement ring in the event that the relationship does not pan out and if the breakup happens in a short-enough amount of time. This has led to many a man and woman returning Lane the engagement rings, and Courtney Robertson is the latest person to do just that after her latest breakup with Ben Flajnik.

In a new photo that is posted on TMZ, you can see the former “Bachelor” winner heading to the jewelry store with her ring in hand. What is pretty interesting here is that it is painfully obvious that she wanted to be seen with the ring in hand; otherwise, why else would she have wandered around with the box so obviously in plain view rather than in her purse? Then again, this is not the first time that Courtney has done something to catch the eye of the paparazzi, as she previously brushed off breakup rumors by making herself seen at a wedding dress store.

What do you think about about Courtney returning the ring, and do you think it’s right that the contestants on the show have to return the ring if the relationships do not work out?┬áIf you want to see who Courtney was spotted kissing a little bit more recently, all you have to do is check out the story over at the link here.
