Ever since the rumors first started to pop up across the internet about the potential end of Emily Maynard’s relationship to Jef Holm a week ago, there was one thing that we were waiting to see before it would be pretty much official: the changing of the Twitter pictures. Diehard fans of the couple were using this as a way to hold on to some last semblance of hope that even if these two were struggling, they were still trying to work their relationship out courtesy of what they were seeing every time that they visited the two parties’ social-media accounts. Unfortunately for them, the other shoe has dropped, and the photos of Emily and Jef together are gone.
So what is in their place? Jef merely has a photo of himself, while Emily is opting for an image of herself and her daughter Ricki. We suspect that the next few weeks are going to be tricky for them, especially since it has really only been a couple of months since their relationship ended on “The Bachelorette.” Ultimately, it will probably be the hardest for Emily, mostly thanks to the fact that this is the second time that she has left the show engaged, only to find herself a single woman again a matter of months later. (Her relationship to Brad Womack was also short-lived.) What doe seem particularly notable this time around is that Jef seemed to be willing to do quite a bit for Emily and her daughter Ricki, and even was willing to move out to North Carolina so that they would not have to uproot the life that Ricki had there.
Do you think that this makes it pretty much official? If you want to know who else from Emily’s “Bachelorette” season was recently spotted getting close to a Ben Flajnik ex, all you have to do is visit the story that is up here.
