‘Jersey Shore’: The Situation looks up to The Rock, Leonardo DiCaprio

Mike: future actor?

Although Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino may very well be one of the wealthiest reality stars on the planet, the “Jersey Shore” star still apparently looks up to some of the same people as many other Americans.

Speaking out in a new interview, the aspiring actor first of all listed some of the people he currently idolizes who have made it big in show business:

“Obviously, I look up to [Robert] De Niro and [Al] Pacino, and for someone who’s closer in age Leo [DiCaprio] — I’d eventually like to make great movies someday.”

Thankfully, Mike is also realistic enough to know that his career has gone down a far different course than any of these guys — one that involves a good bit of tanning. Therefore, there is a different person that he wants to look for when it comes to inspiration:

“I’m trying to go in a trajectory similar to The Rock, who took his bold personality and phrases from the WWE into film.”

The Situation already has one role under his belt in “The Three Stooges” — do you think he could have a successful career moving forward in this field?
